Founder
Jeff Ainsworth · Raleigh, North Carolina
Eight years building enterprise revenue functions from zero, seed to Series B at ACTO, then clinical intelligence software at KeyOps. Raised in the family real estate and property management business his grandmother built and his grandfather later joined, an operation that scaled past 100 properties over four decades, on instinct and discipline alone.
Ainsworth Group exists to give other local businesses the capability his family never had access to, and our own proprietary technology makes it possible.
The Standard
A tribute to three people. One grandfather, a Purple Heart recipient and prisoner of war, set the standard this family was built on. The other joined Jeff's grandmother's real estate business as his second act. She found the deals, read the sellers, and built the operation first. Neither of them finished high school. Neither of them ever waited for permission. That's who this firm is built for.
